Shipping & Returns
Masktini products are conveyed into your loving arms via USPS First Class and USPS Priority, to any address in the U.S. Most shipments arrive within 5–8 business days from the order date. Once the package has left our hot little hands for the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, address errors or other unforeseen issues related to the carrier. We do not currently offer international shipping—but we hope to!
At Masktini, we understand that you have DEEP FEELS about your skin care and self care rituals. So, the very instant your payment is accepted and your order is confirmed, we’re already working on getting the goods to you ASAP! NOTE: this means that once your order is placed, there’s no going back—we’re physically unable to change or cancel it.
RETURNS + REPLACEMENTS
We want you to discover products that are the perfect fit for your skin, health and lifestyle. If for some reason, you’re not completely satisfied, we will accept any full-sized product for a return, as long as it’s at least half full and received within 30 days of initial purchase.

Masktini offers secure online ordering via the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ShopifyPay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Gift cards and pre-paid credit card are not accepted. Orders are subject to sales tax in the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, New York, Illinois, Connecticut, and Texas. Sales tax may change without notice, depending on state regulations. All prices are in USD.
