Our products are for everyone. He, she, they. No matter who you are or how your skin shows up in this world, our products address concerns for even the most sensitive skin. Our founder has extremely reactive skin, which led her to launch Masktini after closely working with a multi-disciplinary team of skincare experts.

Our ingredients unite nature + science infused with a bit of alchemy. Our pharmaceutical-grade botanical and marine-derived compounds have been optimized by expert chemists to remove irritants and increase effectiveness. These active naturals go to work to soothe, fade, blur and restore without irritation.

Prior to launching Masktini, our founder experienced painful cycles of of irritation and breakouts. Even doctor-derived cosmeceuticals caused her skin to react, so she set out to create a product line she could use without fear. If you’re concerned about how your skin might react, we recommend spot-testing on the inside of your wrist.

Masktini products contain a powerful arsenal of ingredients known to address the visible signs of aging. Hyaluronic acid fights chronic moisture loss. Watermelon extract smoothes uneven texture. Vitamin C and pomegranate stem cell extract help brighten skin tone. Marine algae polymers boost firmness and elasticity. Retinol helps to fade fine lines and wrinkles. In short, Masktini goes beyond status-quo skincare to tame father time.

Definitely not. Those with allergies or sensitivities can rest easy.

Our clean skincare sisters over at Beautycounter developed a handy list of no-no ingredients—more than 1,500 banned, harmful or questionable chemicals they always avoid. And we’re proud to do the same.

This purifying detox mask is black due to two darkhorse ingredients: Tahitian black pearl powder and bamboo charcoal powder. The former is known to speed cellular turnover, detoxify pores and promote a smoother complexion; the latter effortlessly removes clogs, while also helping your skin to regulate its natural oil production.

There’s a lot of goodness in that little pink bottle. Should you find yourself with a clump on the pump, just run it under a warm tap for a bit and you should be good to go.

Most skincare products work their best if used within two years of manufacture. Each product features a symbol on the packaging that clues you in on the length of time the formula will be most effective. Look for a little open jar icon with a number in it. For example, if it says 12M that means it’s best used 12 months from the first time you opened the product.

All but one product, Gone Girl because of the Tahitian Black Pearl powder, are vegan.

We preach sustainable practices, which is why Masktini products have eco-friendly FSC rated packaging and are made with 100% wind energy. Masktini bottles are recyclable.

Right now, we only ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (after any discounts have been applied). 

Apologies but expedited shipping isn’t available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

If you need to make a change, get in touch with us as soon as you can at hello@masktini.com. We do our best to send your products to the correct address and/or with your preferred shipping method.

Once your package has shipped, look for an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder or contact us at hello@masktini.com.

Damages can happen. If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and the products and notify us immediately at hello@masktini.com  Please take pictures so we can review with our shipping partners.

If you’re not totally in love with your Masktini product, we welcome returns of new or gently used products. Once received, we’ll refund your original method of payment within 30 days of purchase, in most cases. Returns made from 31-60 days after purchase are eligible for online credit (if returned to us by mail). Please contact hello@masktini.com for a Return Authorization Code. Just complete the Return Authorization Form, carefully package your products and ship.

Please check out our return, refund and exchange policies or purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. You will be responsible for shipping charges.

Masktini monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
